We were introduced to corrugated plastic in 1986. University tests showed that the flutes in the plastic diffuse the light and capture it from various angles, thus accelerating the growth of plants. From there, with our backgrounds in biology and plant science, we set out to design an affordable greenhouse for home gardeners.

We wanted an environmentally friendly greenhouse, that was lightweight, inexpensive, easy to ship anywhere in the USA, and accessible to various civic and educational programs. We have developed an extensive educational program - from grade school through college-age students! We also work with FFA clubs, Master Gardener Organizations, disabled citizens, and assisted living caregivers.

Four models share basic structural characteristics:

• The Garden Oasis Greenhouse is our most popular greenhouse. With four 8' bench frames in the Oasis model you get about 76sq. ft. of bench area in the basic 8' x 8' unit. The 6'5" door height provides plenty of headroom for the taller gardener.
• Our Early Bloomer Greenhouses are popular, functional, and affordable. A pair of overhead hanging rods provide ample space for all your hanging plants. The 6'3" height of the greenhouse allows the hanging rods to be easily accessible. The roomy interior makes a perfect place to overwinter your plants.
• The Harvester Greenhouse is designed to hug the side of your house, hedge, garage, sit easily on deck, or stand alone on a stable foundation. The Harvester provides the best of both worlds: a single bench frame for easy work-space or taller plants and a double-decker bench frame for growing space. Perfect for use on a deck or patio, all Lean-To models are completely enclosed for maximum strength, insulation, and solar heat collection.
• The Conservatory Greenhouse is perfect for the business-minded gardener! The storage and workspace available in this model is great for the beginning commercial operation. These spacious greenhouses give you the most growing area. Conservatory greenhouses feature two single level side benches and a large 5' wide, double-decker, central bench unit.

• The Solexx Garden Master Greenhouse with 6'6" outer walls and a gable that peaks at 8'9", has ample room to trellis plants like cucumber, cantaloupe and tomatoes. When you complete your Garden Master Greenhouse, you will be amazed at how much room you have to nurture and grow all your favorite flowers, herbs and vegetables. Three models are designed for those that have limited space:

• The Deluxe Cold Frame is perfect for starting seedlings in the spring, acclimating greenhouse-grown plants before transplanting them into the garden, or holding off the winter frost a little longer. Farm Wholesale's Deluxe Cold Frame gives you all the benefits of our greenhouses in a portable, convenient unit. Larger than most cold frames, the Deluxe Cold Frame is 8' long, 6' wide, and 31" high, providing ample storage space for those prized summer plants that you cannot bear to let wither away with the gray winter ahead.
• The Gable Cold Frame Featuring Heavy-Duty 1 ½" PVC Pipe. You cut the pipe to custom tailor the height (up to 38") and the length (up to 96"). Vertical side walls maximize your growing area. Optional wood frame available (wood not included).

A combination of our uniquely designed PVC and composite frame with double-walled corrugated plastic panels creates a durable structure that withstands heavy snows and strong winds. The exterior 3.5 mm corrugated panels fill the greenhouse with soft diffused light, ideal for plant growth. For a higher insulation factor and softer light you can choose the 5.0 mm paneling for your greenhouse at an additional charge. White galvanized screws with neoprene washers make it easy to attach the lightweight, flexible, corrugated panels to the frame.

The interior is designed to be an integral part of the structure. Base frames, bench frames, and hanging rods are reinforced for stability and strength. Hanging rods are designed to suspend over 200 lbs. each. Each bench frame supports over 500 lbs of equal weight distribution. Kits include pre-cut, color-coded PVC framing, along with a large vent on the back wall, two hanging rods, and bench frames. The door assembly, included in each kit, can be positioned to open on the left or right side.

Solexx corrugated plastic greenhouse panels set Farm Wholesale Greenhouses apart from other hobby greenhouses on the market today. The greenhouse panels are strong, durable, and lightweight with many useful applications. Purchase the panels separately and create your own cold frame, mini propagation chamber, or custom designed greenhouse.

The translucent panels transmit 70-75% soft diffused light, encouraging lush green plant growth. The strength of the corrugates provides maximum wind and snow protection. The trapped air space in the panels provides optimal solar heat collection so your greenhouse stays insulated and protects your plants from the cold.

Solexx double-walled high density polyethylene panels are mildew, water, and chemical resistant and they will not yellow. A double ultraviolet treatment filters out harmful rays and extends the panel life. All paneling has a 6 year limited warranty against ultraviolet breakdown. Panels measure 8' 1" x 4' 1" and 12' 3" x 4' 1" and are available in 3.5 mm and 5.0 mm thickness. The 5.0 mm panels are more rigid and provide a slightly higher insulation factor. The panels, like most plastics, expand and contract depending on the temperature. (We have made our panels oversized to enable you to overlap the sides and ends and still work on 2' centers). This is done for your convenience and to add strength to your greenhouse.

Custom finish H-Channel and U-Trim edging trim used with our corrugated plastic panels provide a great finishing touch. Snug-fitting H-Channel securely joins panels together, while U-Trim edging traps air in the flutes and keeps dirt and moisture out when sealed with silicone caulking.
