Create your own stone garden markers
Make beautiful markers for your plants—it's easy! Just mix the concrete and tint, fill the rectangular form, smooth, press in the letters and let dry. The durable markers can be left out all year to remind you where your perennials will emerge.

You can purchase bags of concrete at any hardware store—it's cheap and plentiful.
